A hiring process is a two-way street: it's a conversation between two parts with the same goal - to assess cultural add. That's why we make sure you meet a variety of people so that you can get a feeling of how life is at tb.lx.

Our talent experts will ask transparent questions focused on your motivations and expectations. Our technical hiring team will also assess your technical expertise through challenges (depending on the role) and technical interviews.

Our open feedback culture starts even before your first day at tb.lx. During the hiring stages, you'll always receive feedback on every step of the process.

People thrive in environments that make them feel good, and that is why we adopted a hybrid approach. For onsite work, we have an office in central Lisbon with several closed and open areas where our employees can communicate openly, focus, be productive, or take a break and have a coffee with colleagues. The building also offers community events where people can meet up and mingle in a safe environment.

If you prefer to work mostly from home (or anywhere else in the world!), we provide all the supplies you may need to make your home office comfortable and functional. We reinvented how we work best in collaboration in a remote setup, and you'll be introduced to our healthy remote-first working mode.

Our workplace is no longer just in the office - It’s wherever we are.

Hybrid Work is here to stay! We wanted to enable our teams and also other companies to smoothly move towards it, so we wrote a transition guide towards Hybrid Work.

The philosophy behind our Hybrid Working Model at tb.lx is that we trust our employees to find their own best way to balance work and personal needs. The Hybrid Working Model means transparency, trust and flexibility.

Every company has a different work culture. At tb.lx, Hybrid Work means "working from where you work best, the office, your home, or any place in the world (as long as it has stable internet connection)"

We provide an office space for face-to-face interactions for those who prefer to meet, work and connect in person. At the same time, we are aligned with the remote-first mentality, which means that all of our processes and culture are built to support remote workers. For example, if we have a meeting and one person is not in the office, everyone dials in through their own device.
